I was asked to create imagery for the Winetech 2019 campaign. My brief was to tell a story of the winemaking process using a loosely sketched illustrative style.
I created the wine making pictures in Illustrator and Photoshop using watercolour brushes. I then used them on the wine labels of four bottles, following the sequence of winemaking. This concept is emphasised in the animated gifs, where the bottles appear on the table in the relevant order. The imagery was used to promote the event in both digital (social media, industry websites and SEM) and printed media (trade magazines, regional press, wayfinding and event signage).
